Frequently Asked Questions
Sleep Story Therapy offers you a variety of 3 services to fit your personal sleep needs:
1 - Individual or Triad Therapy NORTH STAR
2 - Group Program COSMOS
3 - Self-Paced Program SLEEP BLISS.
That depends on your current sleep needs and wishes: NORTH STAR Therapy is a medium to long-term commitment; COSMOS Group Program is a medium and fixed-term commitment (12 weeks); and SLEEP BLISS Self-Paced Program is a short-term commitment (24 days).
No; for confidentiality and privacy reasons, the live group sessions are not recorded. This is why we encourage you to do your best to attend the sessions and to be fully present. In case attendance is not possible, we will decide together on a case-by-case basis the best course of action.

If you haven't done this before I can understand your concern. But let me assure you that connecting remotely with someone can be as effective as meeting face-to-face. As long as we can see each other and hear each other, and we are present in the same (online) space at the same time, the connection that we create is unbelievably powerful.
Saving transition time and transportation money, having access to me and my programs one click away, no matter the country or city you live in; meeting people from different countries (in group therapy settings) with various cultural backgrounds, enriching your experience and transformation; feeling comfortable and safe in your own environment - these are only a few of the benefits of remote sessions.
I believe human connection is so important and when I relocated to Finland, it wasn’t easy in the beginning. But I found that being in contact with people online is so rewarding socially, mentally, and emotionally.
